October Favorites
Hey lovelies!
It's been wayyyyy too long since I've had a blog post up so I thought I'd do one about what items/products I've been loving lately:
1. Dr. Jart+ Premium BB Cream : This BB cream has been one of my favorites for years! It's from a Korean company and is packed with loads of skin-healing ingredients in addition to SPF 45! It goes on so natural you can barely tell it's there-- other than from your smooth, even skin of course! Just last week I recommended it to a few of my friends and they couldn't believe I was even wearing it! They didn't know I wore any face makeup at all because they thought it looked so natural. It only comes in 2 shades but they're pretty sheer so I think they'd fit most skin tones!
2. L'Oreal Ruffled Body Mousse: I picked up this mousse on one one my (many) trips to Target and fell in love! I put it in my damp hair after my leave in conditioner and it defines my waves and gives light hold. It's perfect if you want to play up your natural texture.
3. Hollister Jeans: I am addicted to Hollister. It's my favorite place to find comfy and cute clothes for school and their sales always make it super affordable! I bought these skinny jeans from Hollister in August for $25 (they're on clearance now!) and have been obsessed with them ever since. As a girl who loves her jeans and takes them very seriously, I was won over immediately by these and they're in constant rotation in my wardrobe.
4. Cardigans: Despite their "grandma" reputation, I love nothing more than a good cardigan. My favorite is a green one from Hollister (I have my eye on this one to add to my closet). I think they are the perfect piece to help transition your outfits from summer to fall. I pair them with everything from dresses to tank tops and jeans.
5. Rings: I am very minimalist when it comes to jewelry. Behind me are the days of statement necklaces and huge earrings; I typically only wear stud earrings. But lately I've been loving wearing rings. My favorite combination is my Alex and Ani 'Key to Life' ring paired with my silver claddagh ring (s/o to my Irish girls!).
